Do I need a bridal trial?
While not mandatory, it's highly recommended. A trial ensures we perfect your desired look and check for any skin sensitivities ahead of the big day, saving time and reducing stress.
What is the cancellation policy?
Deposits are strictly non-refundable if the booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before the scheduled makeup session.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I am based in Glasgow but available to travel nationwide and internationally. Travel fees apply depending on the location and distance.

Deposits & Payments

A securely processed £30 deposit is required via Calendly/Stripe to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the appointment via cash or bank transfer before leaving.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before the scheduled makeup session. Your deposit holds your time slot exclusively for you.

Late Arrivals

Please respect the booking times. A £10 late fee will be applied for every 15 minutes you are late. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
